My first stacked cake and first time making royal icing flowers. I used buttercream instead of fondant because my sister prefers buttercream. It was very hot and humid and that was as smooth as I could get it. It was for my sister's baby shower and her daughter is Violet.
This is twelve 9"x13" cakes put together. It was for the city's Canada Day celebration in Iqaluit. I had trouble getting it completely smooth. I didn't have anything big enough to smooth it flat.
