This is my course 3 final cake. My sister and I are taking the class together and did this cake together. My tier was the bottom and I'm pretty happy with it. The cakes are yellow and chocolate with bc filling, covered with fondant and fondant roses. tfl
This is my final cake for Course 2, my first course I've taken. I think it turned out ok, but I still need lots of practice.
This is a practice cake I gave to my mother-in-law. It is a lemon cake with bc icing. The flowers are royal icing with buttercream border. I am taking classes and learning to make all the flowers and am really enjoying it.
I am just learning to decorate. I will be taking the wilton classes soon. This is a strawberry cake with bc icing and filling.
