The other gift cake that went with the larger birthday cake. Same as the other... I wasn't really pleased with how the frosting worked out. It was a little tough to work with for some reason. Oh well!
This is one of the cakes that went next to the larger birthday cake. Either white or chocolate with buttercream icing. Fondant accents.
I used white and chocolate cakes with buttercream icing (same filling). The top and ribbons were made of fondant. It wasn't the best cake in the world but it's one of my firsts. I sure make a mess of the kitchen though! The two gift box cakes were to go with it. Since I'm 19 I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to perfect the art ;)
