Luau Preschool Graduation

My darling daughter, volunteered me to make this year's graduation cake for the preschoolers of her Early Childhood Class. This was a last minute cake. My can of Wilton green spray mist exploded while i was spraying, thanks to the info here on CC, I mixed some lemon extract and some Wilton leaf green and put it in my air brush. It works! Thank you CCers!

Prime Time Sister Circle Cupcakes

Lindsey requested a large cupcake for her 16th birthday, so this is a 6" 2-layered cake with a 4" carved cake mound covered in Chocolate BC frosting, her favorite. Fondant/gum-paste decorations. I hope this is not too young for a sixteen year old. TFL

This is my first attempt at carving a man's shoe. I need to practice this, for me it was not easy to do. The cake is chocolate marbled pound cake cover with BC and BC Flavored MMF. Decorations were created using chocolate molds or hand sculpted using gumpaste and regular fondant. TFL

Shannon 29Th Birthday

I made my first attempt at shipping a fondant cake to my niece in California. It was shipped in 3 containers and it still arrived crushed. What has made this event tolerable was that my niece called and e-mail wonderful comments from her co-works who loved it. BC fondant cake, with BC and pineapple filling. Thanks for cheering me up. Happy Birthday Shay, Shay! The shoe didn't make the trip either, the rain here cause so much humidity, it broke into pieces. I will remake and send.
