My second attempt at rolled fondant. This time I made MMF using a recipe from this site, Wow! what a difference in texture and taste , all around better than any pre-made store bought fondant. The blue bird is my very first sculpted piece. I used pound cake with strawberry, ruhbarb filling.
My first go at rolled fondent and color flow letters. This cake was made for my daughter's 15th birthday.
