Humidity did NOT prevail! Thanks to all for your suggestions!!! You guys are GREAT!I couldn't get the Tylose in time, so I wired the petals throughout, which meant I had to make them way thicker than I normally would, so the flower is pretty heavy!!! But it turned out so well! And I'm storing it in a humidity free environment! I'll post a pic of the finished cake when it;s done - it's to be a white cake with manadrin/clemintine filling...that's why the flower has orange accents!
