Indian Theme
This cake was for an Indian themed bridal shower. There was no plan for the cakes look, my instructions were indian theme, orange, red, and gold. So I ended up baking a 10in round cake, covering it in BC, and decorated as I went. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome. The bride really like it too. She said I nailed it!!! TFL.

Gold Scrolls On Red.
This cake was made for an anniversary. I covered all cakes in fondant, then I air brushed in red. I figured that would be the only way I could achieve the dark red I was looking for. Then I placed a fondant ribbon, piped beige scrolls on the cake, and then went over them with gold pearl dust. TFL

Eiffel Tower
This was my first wedding cake. It was a stacked 16", 12", 8", chocolate chambord cake, with rasperry chambored puree filling (found here on cc), as well as whipped cream. I crumb coated in chocolate bc, and then in white chocolate fontant. These were my first gumpaste roses, which I made thanks to Edna's youtube videos. The bride wanted to use the eiffel tower replica she purchased the same day she was proposed to, at the eiffel tower. TFL

Sdsu Graduation Cake
This was a last minute cake, and by last minute I mean the day before it was needed. I used a 10" vanilla cake filled with strawberry puree, cream cheese flavored whipped cream, and covered in buttercream. The logo was filled in with a star tip. Then I used fondant for the ribbon and other decorations, TFL
