25th anniversary cake....10/8/6...IMBC. I couldn't find a silver ribbon I liked that didn't have glitter on it (I didn't want it falling off onto the cake) so I used pewter ribbon behind a sheer heart ribbon. Gumpaste balls colored with silver dust. This was for my brother's in-laws whom I love dearly. Good people.

What my kids and I did with our truffles and cake balls this year. Nutter Butter truffles are the chocolate on chocolate, oreo are chocolate with white zig zags....raspberry cake truffles are white with swirls, and toffee cake truffles are white with zig zags.
Made for my hubby's 40th birthday...yellow sour cream cake, peanut butter cream cheese filling, choco fudge frosting, chocolate butter ganache. The ribbing is made from molded chocolate....I used a piece of hubby's sheet metal to make a chocolate mold. It was very heavy, but very good.

My sister's Wedding cake....The base of the mountain is styrofoam covered with moss-colored icing and hand-molded chocolate rocks...the upper four tiers are WASC, with more chocolate rocks to transition the "mountain" into a traditional wedding cake....IMBC and gumpaste roses that I made in the colors of my sister's dress. Her husband is a model railroader. TFL!

White vanilla sour cream cake, fondant, and 50/50. Followed insights from Bakinggirl (Thank you so much! I couldn't have done it without you!) used 2 8 inch layers, a torted 6x3 or so and half ball pan. White choco IMBC underneath.

I made this for a co-worker's husband. She found a candle and wanted a pool to go with it, plus a cooler of of beer. I would have liked to have spent more time on it, but I had a long week. The accents are fondant and gumpaste. TFL>
