Little Einsteins Bday Cake
I have to admit I didn't know who Little Einsteins are... forgive me... my youngest is 11. And my edible ink printer wouldn't work, (I wanted to print out a picture to put on the "windshield" so my cute little 4 year old niece (who the cake was for :) ) colored some little pages and we stuck it on with frosting :) Thanks for looking! *and yes, the rocket is cake :) The bottom is iced in Buttercream, and the top is covered in homemade Marshmallow Fondant :)

Very First Wedding Cake
All vanilla- with burgundy and navy swirls inside (per the groom's request... he was shot down by mother of bride thank goodness- he wanted the cake to be burgundy and navy swirl (no white at all showing)... yah... the very reason why grooms should NOT be allowed to consult on the cake ;) He is a close friend of my husbands- I figured he would be a good place to start :)) It was a pretty small wedding, so it is a fairly small cake- again... a great place to start! Thanks for looking!

Haunted Pumpkin Patch :)
This was supposed to be a Haunted Pumpkin Patch/Graveyard for my son's #10 Bday... but I forgot to get the Nutter Butter cookies to make the gravestones... Shame on me!!! I just love the neon color tubes from Betty Crocker- that is how we make the color look almost as if it glows in the dark!!! Sorry about the background... my photo editing software wasn't working!!!

Luau Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's 12th Bday. The image in my head didn't translate as well, but I know what to do in the future. The volcano, (which we put a yogurt cup in to hold the dry ice effect that you can see somewhat in the bottom picture :)) looks more like a coconut than a volcano, but next time, I will make it a little more proportionate to the bottom cake :) All BC white cake swirled blue to mimic waves inside :) The "waves" on the sides are painted with watered down food coloring paste and a large brush to make it look like waves- the white parts on the top are supposed to look like where it crashed on the shore :) The picture doesn't show it as well :)The bottom is also carved at an angle, but that isn't very evident in the picture either... It was fun though- TFL :)

Congratulations Cake
This is a cake for a friend who recently graduated from her nursing program. (I only had 3 hours notice, or I would have done something a little more elaborate!! Good thing she was a good friend :) ) It is a yellow cake with homemade fresh raspberry filling and a stabilized whipped cream filling. It is iced and decorated with a whipped Buttercream icing. Thanks for looking!!!

Superhero Cake
Cake for a 6 year old having a Superhero party- He does love Transformers, hence the topper (a $30 toy found at Walmart on Clearance for $5...) Vanilla cake with red swirl, IMBC icing (and regular BC too) Thanks for looking :) If I had more time, I would have added webbing to the Spiderman side - Darn it!
