This cake is done in Buttercream but the toppings are fondant. The cheese was made from white chocolate through a cheese grate.
I used the first and ten cake pan for the body, half of a ball pan for the head, and a large cupcake for the hat. Most of it is buttercream icing, with fondant trimmings.
