I have been asked to make this cake for an Italian magazine. I had to give my interpretation od an Italian jewellery maker. That's the final result. Fondant plaque, hand painted royal icing run-out tree, charms and logo. Eztension work on the side of the cake.

That's the cake I did for a special friend of mine. Inspired by Wedgwood and Eddie Spence. Royal Icing runout collar topper and pressure piping Cupid on the run-out blue plaque, brush emboidery on the sides of the cake and on the board with a little royal icing run-out heart with a pressure piped daisy (Eddie's Spence's symbol to me, which means that I always have the Master of Royal Icing in my heart. That heart with the pressure piped daisy will be my sugnature from now on :D) Extension works on the sides of the cake. TFL

This was a wedding cake topper. The structure of the house is gumpaste, modelling paste for flowers and figurines. Sugared almonds and Royal icing accents.

first attempt in making a wired rose. The paste dried so quickly and some petals cracked...but I am quite pleased with it. TFL

I made this cake only in one day: almost a nightmare! Covered the cake, made figurines (not happy with them) cut leaves dusted them with food dust colourings, letters...attached all the decorations on the cake. Ok...it's over. NEVER AGAIN!! LOL
