Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate BC, then dipped in choc. puff cereal. Yellow BC for petals & sugar paste lady bugs.
This was my daughter's 2nd birthday theme. We used a 3D football cake pan for the body and hand cut the head out of a 9 in. cake pan. The neck and legs were both made using rice crispy treats that we colored pink (We iced over the neck to make it blend with the body). It was actually fairly easy even for a beginner cake decorator such as myself!
