Cake was ordered by a neighbor whose mother was visiting from Jamaica. The mom's favorite things included travel, walking, gardening and watching tv. I tried to incorporate all of that into a cake in the shape of Jamaica - per the customer's request. Buttercream frosting, nilla wafer sand, mmf decorations.

Cake carved in the shape of a piece of toast and frosted with white buttercream. I then bunched up some plastic wrap, dipped in light brown frosting and pressed it here and there on the toast. Scrabble tiles made from mmf. Made for my husband's Toastmasters club meeting.

Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda from Star Wars the Clone Wars. MMF
6" and 10" rounds, buttercream frosting and MMF decorations. Sun was mix of fondant/gumpaste. Sand was crushed vanilla wafers. Cake was for a customer's sister who loves the beach and was turning 40. The crabs represented the bday girl and husband, 3 sets of flip-flops (2 blue & 1 pink around back of cake) represented her 3 kids, soccer lovers. Customer came up with the "Over the Dune" sentiment. 2-layer, half sheet cake w/ buttercream and MMF decorations. Water is blue buttercream swirled around w/ blue sparkle gel added. Tiana and Naveen sculpted from mix of fondant/gumpaste - once dry, I coated w/ piping gel for that wet look. Cattails are toothpicks w/ fondant. Large lilypad is a thin 6" round cake w/ triangle cut out and covered in mmf. These were my first sculpted figures. Time consuming, but I was pretty happy with how they turned out. TFL!
10" round iced with BC and MMF decorations.
Customer wanted a tie-dyed heart cake with Tinkerbell. Used Wilton spray colors to do the tie-dye. Tinkerbell is a FBCT. Please excuse the bad lettering!
