Well I wasn't to thrilled with this cake...It was my first sheet cake...First time decorating on cream cheese frosting and my first attempt at a birthday hat...And my first attempt at this writing...Happy is a little sloped... It was a pain...But I think I am happy with the overall cake!! It is a butter recipe yellow cake with cream cheese frosting and MMF accents. Thanks for looking!!!

This was an odd request at first but I enjoyed doing it. It was to Welcome two college students' 1st Puppy to the family. Iced in BC and all the decorations are MMF. Painted with icing color to write on the prints. Thanks For Looking!!
For my cousins baby shower. The bibs say Congratulations on them. Frosted wiith BC and the bibs and "baby" are all out of MMF!!! Thanks For Looking!!!

I used hearts to make the Tux's and freehanded the cake with a pearing knife, I also used the shooting star from the wilton set to make the flower bouquet. The cakes were meant to look like my 3 Tier Pretty in Pink wedding cake that I also did for a Bridal Salon.
This was just an experiment. I carved the cake out of a 8" round and use the center of a cupcake for the stem. I used luster dust to dress it up a little...Not my favorite but I did learn a little about carving.

This was a birthday cake for my mom and dad. All the flowers are royal icing, this was the first time I had used royal icing flowers! The cake was butter recipe chocolate and butter recipe yellow, checkerboard cake with raspberry filling.

This was a 3 piece drum set for a 3 year old's birthday. I covered it with fondant and used luster dust to make the side strips look like metal. The Drum sticks are pretzels covered in fondant as well. This was the first time I'd ever used fondant...Cant wait to use it again!!
