Black and white was the theme for this wedding. There are 5 layers of different flavored cakes and fillings in each of these layers! Rolled fondant and royal icing handwriting and a few rhinestones to tie the topper in.
Sweet 16 birthday cake. Rolled fondant icing with satin ribbon. Fun cake to do. Stars on top are wired gum paste with rhinestones applied with eggwhite.
Gumpaste roses. Because they were going to be displayed very tightly, and I didnt' want green in my composition, I didn't use leaves or calyx's. Hope you like them

The bride and groom have an inside joke - the only things they really have in common is SU Sports and NY Yankees. The top of the cake is a replica of the Carrier Dome in Syracuse and the bottom is a baseball field - Louisville sluggers hold up the top tier
