Abby Cadabby
I am not happy with this cake but here it is. I made a sheet cake covered in BC. I bought the Abby Cadabby pan and made a candy mold of her. I wanted her to stand up on the cake but she is way too heavy! So I had to lay her flat on the cake (boring). I put some pink and purple cake sprinkles on it and made some fondant stars to go around the outer border.

This is a cake that I made for my sisters baby shower. The smallest layer is strawberry, then carrot cake, then chocolate. The icing is not smooth because she wanted cream cheese on all the cake not buttercream. I did the best I could at getting it smooth. This picture is not the final cake. I did clean it up a little. I smoothed the top and edges a little better. I forgot to take a picture of the final cake though. It may not be pretty but it sure tasted good! She saved the top layer for herself

Fathers Day Airplane Cake
This was my first attempt at covering a cake with fondant. I have made accents using fondant before. It is a yellow cake with chocolate icing covered in white fondant. The windows and tail are also fondant. The "clouds" and border around the plane is royal icing. I made this for my husband to go along with his fathers day gift-a flying lesson. Can't wait to give it to him. I was going to write happy fathers day on the cake board but got so excited with the clouds that I forgot to leave room.

Princess Pony Cake
This is a cake I made for a friends 4 year old birthday. Bottom is 11x15 sheet cake in devils food, castle is also devils food all covered in cream cheese icing. The "bridge" is crushed graham crackers. The theme was "princess pony party". It was a big hit at the party. Actually had some moms ask if I had any cards to hand out!
