The top tier was strawberry cake with fresh strawberries and bettercream filling with strawberry flavored buttercream. The ballerina is molded chocolate and dusted with luster dusts. She loved it!
This was my first attempt at a Guitar Hero cake. Made this one for my grandson's 9th birthday. Dark Chocolate Fudge cake and Red Velvet mixed together with some extra doctoring (didn't have 2 dark chocolate fudge mixes - tasted great). Chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant. 1st pic is finished before party and 2nd is with cupcakes with flames at party.
