My 1St Fondant Cake
My first attempt at using fondant. I read too many negative comments on the taste of Wilton, so I went with Choco-Pan Dark Chocolate. mmmmm tasted like tootsie roll :) They aren't the best looking cakes, but at least I got the first one out of the way and will (hopefully) get better with the next. Any suggestions for a good book on working with fondant?
