My first 3 tiered cake...very nerve wracking.I used the Ace of Cakes fondant and had the hardest time painting on it!! Anyone else with this problem? Besides that, it's Not perfect but I was happy with it.

This cake was for my aunt and sister for their birthday which they share. My mom had bought these cute leopard print napkins with pink roses on them and wanted a cake that looked like them. So I just covered the three layer red velvet cake with fondant and painted on leopard print which was SUPER easy! I had a really hard time with the bow but oh well I eventually got it to work. Though it turned out really cute!

This cake was for our owner at work...I want to say it was his 73rd birthday? He is an old Aggie and me being a current aggie I thought a perfect cake would be the A&M logo. He absolutely loved it! I did the logo with a buttercream transfer, which didn't turn out as well as I wished it would, but for the first time it was alright!
This cake was for my little cousin's birthday party. She thinks she IS a mermaid! haha Found a cute ariel figure so I went on that, and also made some cupacakes to go along with it. Sand turned out awesome, it was brown sugar, and nilla wafers processed together.
I made this cake for my stepcousin's baby shower. It was decorated to look like the invitation. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the invite with the cake. Though it turned out cute!

This was for my roomates 20th Birthday! She wanted chocolate frosting so I went with it and decided to do blue with it. I think it turned out like a baby shower cake...but hey what does she care?? WASC with homeade chocolate buttercream... :) I definitely ate the leftover frosting with oreos...SO GOOD!! bad but good!!

I just wanted to try a new recipe so I made a cake for work. this is wasc and homemade buttercream! I am so proud of the shape of this cake and i LOVE LOVE LOVE WASC! Ill never go back to boxes! Not too fancy but eh... it was just for taste. I still have trouble smoothing buttercream....anysuggestions?

This cake didn't really turn out like I wanted. This was one that nothing would cooperate haha oh well. Its 2 9X13's stacked and then a RKT boat convered in fondant and a fondant palm tree. The sails are gumpaste.
this is just all straight fondant...my little person didn't turn out as good as I would like because I didn't have the right tools and i needed gumpaste but didn't have time to get any. I was happy with my cake though.
