White Rose Cake
This is not an original design and unfortunately I don't know whose it is... but it looks pretty different anyway. Turned out taller. Learned lots with this one. Bottom three tiers are dummy, top is real. Condensation galore! eeek. August humidity! Needed to add a support system in the top tier because the topper was so heavy but I think it worked out great. All flowers are marshmallow fondant.

Green And Violet
Colours were requested for a birthday. This was probably the fastest since it's just a basket weave with silk flowers and butterflies poked in. Structurally unsound. the top tier started to sink a little bit I think, though no one noticed. Wooden doweling. I don't really know where to get bubble tea straws without buying endless bubble teas!

Happy Bee-Day Cake
OMG I love this cake! Pure cavity-inducing sweetness adorned with homemade fondant and royal icing. The cake itself was a disaster; it kept falling apart, and because I am so inexperienced, the bits of fondant weren't working together, the cake was bulging, I think it was falling over too! The flowers are terrible and the wire wasn't strong enough to hold up the bees. I just love it for the colours. LOVE IT.

Happy Spring Cake
omg my first stacked cake! Bottom layer turned out so smooth (used a plastic ruler instead of dishing out big bucks for an official icing spatula). Top layer was a disaster; the pan was so deep I foolishly thought I could bake it all in one layer. Obviously overcooked. Took five hours so I got lazy with the flower decorations. Too bad.
