Wedding Cake

This was my first wedding cake, and the first time I had to use pour-on fondant. Not an easy chore. The flowers are real, everything else is fondant with gumpaste topper.

These were so much fun to make! I found the idea in a cupcake book. Just followed directions. It's amazing what you can make w/ a few carmels and some graham crackers.

Baby Shower

This was for my best friends baby shower for her little girl. I tried something new with the rattle. Used a water balloon and covered with sugar and let dry. Took many many balloons. I was very happy with this when it was all done. The letters are on little petite fours made out of pound cake

Princess Castle

This was the first time I made a castle. I had a lot of problems and at the end wasn't really happy with it. I just didn't give myself enough time. The towers are from the Wilton Castle kit and thank goodness for those!
