Black White And Red Fantasy Flower
Thank you DStauch on Cake Central for your wonderful and inspiring icing sheet flower tutorial! This is black royal icing brush embroidery on fondant. Silicone pearl former was used for the red pearls on each tier. Middle tier was covered in sparkle sugar. This was a 2nd place at 2012 Sweet Times in the Rockies Sugar Art Show.

Be Mine Basset
Valentine Basset hound all fondant covered. Head and legs carved RKT. Ears and bow are gumpaste. Isomalt sticks were used to pour heart gem on collar. Wrinkles and spot detail were brushed with cocoa powder. This won a 1st place ribbon in celebration cakes (professional division 7) at 2012 Sweet Times in the Rockies Sugar Art show.

Dark chocolate cake with smores filling. The cake is all buttercream with fondant letters. The bride asked to have this design that she found on bride.com (by Eat Cake and Be Merry) done in her silver and burgundy colors, and in all buttercream. The entire cake was airbrushed with pearl luster to give it a shimmery finish.

Xray Cake
Vanilla Bean cake with Raspberry filling. Covered in fondant with thin plexiglass offset over the top of the cake. LED lights were used in the corners to light up the cake. This design was originally done by JawdroppingCakes on Cake Central. The birthday girl's husband found the photo and asked me to recreate it with her initials and birthdate. Thank you JawdroppingCakes for your fabulous idea.

Ice Blue Wedding With Brushed Embroidery
Classic white almond wedding cake with raspberry filling all covered in fondant. Royal icing brushed embroidery. The entire cake is airbrushed with a pearl luster. This was for a Christmas Eve wedding. The bride had a dancing couple topper, unfortunately I did not get a chance to photograph the cake with the topper on it.

Snowflake And Swag Winter Wedding
Flavors included red velvet, italian cream and white almond cake all covered in fondant with fondant sash and gumpaste snowflakes. The light under the cake was very soft but showed up "gleaming" in this photo. I had permission to use the professional photographer's photo on my personal website, which is a much better representation of this cake.
