My first attempt at a wedding cupcake tower. Luckily it went off without a hitch! The cupcakes were snickerdoodle, French Vanilla with vanilla buttercream, and strawberry with vanilla buttercream. The cake was snickerdoodle with fresh flowers.
Red Velvet with vanilla buttercream icing and covered in MMF. Everything is edible except the guitar's fretboard....the handle and the guitar strings. The fretboard was cardboard covered with MMF. The strings are floral wire.
Iced in Buttercream with MMF accents. The antennas on Plex are toothpicks. Plex was also made of styrofoam.

I had the privilege of doing a cake for Icing Smiles. The sweet little boy requested a Ben 10 cake for his 5th birthday. It was the first time I've made a fondant figurine other than an animal. My proportions were off a bit, but I was happy with how he turned out.
Made for a Christening. The letters on the blocks are the baby's initials. The blocks are styrofoam covered in fondant.

My first traditional wedding cake. Bride wanted to use fake roses which probably worked out to my advantage since I made my cakes too tall and I had to shove the roses between the layers.
Carved Alien cake from the movie Toy Story. I used the football pan for the head and two 6-in pans for the body. Hands and shoes are MMF.
