4Th Of July Birthday Cake

This cake was done on very short notice. Top tier is Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Filling and the Bottom is a Butter Cake with Butter Cream Dream Filling. The cake is covered in a Cream Cheese Fondant.

Giftbox Cake

This was my first shot at working with fondant and buttercream cake. I made a white square cake with strawberry filling and iced with buttercream and MMF. Thanks to all those wonderful cake designs in the galllery from which I got my inspiration and ideas.
