My first attempt ever in doing a dimensional type of cake or anything other than a plain cake covering in frosting. Got all the recipes here: made the WASC cake, covered with butter cream and then applied the MMF after coloring it. Surrounded the steak with white choc. modeling clay and used the same for the embedded pieces of fat marbling. Then accented the fondant and choc. clay with food dye mixed with vodka for add'l dimension and depth across the bone on top and on the surround ing layer of fat.
