12', 10', & 8" Chocolate cake with Coconut filing. All covered in fondant and airbrushed with pick. ckae topper made ut of gumpaste.

Rings

Mini cakes covered in fondant with fondant bows. The rings are made out of chocolate. These were for my friends jewlery party she was hosting.

Used the mini wonder mold and purchased the little spiderman.

Tiffany Box

8" on top of a 12". This is my first attempt at the Tiffany box much harder than I thought. I used the DVD from the SugarShack on Boxes and Bows.

Monkey

10" cake covered in buttercream with fondant circles. Monkey was made with chocolate. Molded him using the Wilton Monkey Pan.

21St Birthday

Elmo, Cookie Monster and Oscar are all made with sports ball pan sitting on a 10"cake. Big bird was made with the wonder mold. Big bird was the biggest challenge hopefully will come out better on my second try.

1/2 sports ball on top of a 6" cake. Cakes covered with Fondant. Logo is made out of chocolate.

Easter Cookies

This was my first attempt at making a cookie bouquet. Cookies were decorated with melted chocolate.

Elmo

10" Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. Caked cover with buttercream and Elmo is made out of chocolate.

Baby Shower Center Pieces

Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream and chocolate accents. 19-5oz cups stapled together to form the bouquet clued on to a 10" board covered with blue tissue paper. Rattles and pins were made with chocolate. Use tip 1M to pipe a flower design on cupcakes.

Butterflies

10", 8" & 6" Butter Vanilla cake with Strawberry Shortcake filling. Cakes covered with Fondant. Butterflies and Rose made with GP. Butterflies were sprayed with the Wilton Mist color then dusted with shimmer dust. Beaded boarder was made with the First Impression silicone mold.

14", 10" & 8" Covered in buttercream with fondant accents. This was such a fun cake to make. Thanks for looking =)

Girl Pirate Cake

Credit goes to bcake1960 for the design. Customer wanted whipped cream as the frosting and boy did I have a hard time icing the cake with it and getting it smooth =( I think I'll stick to buttercream and fondant =) 6" chocolate cake with strawberry banana filling and bottom cake with vanilla cake with half chocolate and vanilla.
