I maked this cake for my girlfriend daughter's is Dominican cake with vanilla buttercream icing
this is my second cake, I made this for my nice she love purple, but for some reason look blue in the picture, is a Dominican cake filling with pineapple and crema pastelera, I still having problem with the frosting it dont look very good, I have to practice a lot more. All decoration are made in fondant and gum paste.
Chocolate (my recipe)cake with caramel filling, vanilla buttercream frosting and gum paste decoration. This is my first cake!!!!
