This Alice In Wonderland cake was made for a student in my second grade class. It was for her big adoption bash with an Alice theme. The layers are white, chocolate, and strawberry with cream cheese / butter cream icing and homemade MMF. The mushrooms, Mad hatters hat and some flowers are royal icing, character figures are gum paste.
