This was for my bosses niece. she is a cop for the MDPD. cake was vanilla with buttercreme, and the outside is chocolate fondant with rolled buttercremem mixed together to get that nice brown color. the badge was fondant that was sculpted and carved, then airbrushed silver and the middle details were brush with some food coloring

At the venue the planner added the topper, but she couldnt find it until after I was gone... but I think that I like it like this... clean and .contemporary... all real but the top 10... was covered in white and then i added the waves in brown.. then the string of stones...

I was not 100 percent happy, but think it came out nice... we made the cake from a ten that was cut into three strips, staked, and then carved in the shape... i love the color, and the design, and definitely learned alot about making purses from this cake

My niece wanted a Hello Kitty Party.. So I was instructed to make a Hello Kitty Cake. Carved from chocolate fudge cake... Around the cake there were also 24 cupcakes (strawberry cheesecake flavor) half with buttercreme and the other half with strawberry creme with fondant fowers on top... All decorations on Hello Kitty are fondant... She loved it and so did i... it was FUN

Drape is fondant, bubbles are fondat, that were then airbrushed withpearl and then sprinkled with white luster dust... I loved it...
