Won 2nd place for this cake at the Mid Atlantic Cake Show in 2007. It was actual cake with a fondant brim. The 4 leaf clovers were hand painted on the brim and the clovers on the hat were cut out by hand as well. I name the little man on top Shamus! :)
3-D Captian Morgan's Spiced Rum made out of carrot cake, covered with creamcheese icing and fondant. used air brush to spray gold on bottle and hand drew the labels onto rice paper.
250 Cupcake wedding cake (white, carrot cake and red velvet). The blue hydrangeas are handmade out of gumpaste. The white circles with the Rs are gumpaste with royal icing.
