1/4 sheet cake, with 1st attempt at Frozen Buttercream Transfer (FBCT). I of course can see all my flaws, but they were happy with it.
All Buttercream with fondant accents. I have great time making this cake. Fondant wrapped around wire on ladybug's head.
1/4 sheet cake (chocolate) 6 inch rounds stacked to form pool. all covered in buttercream. Used Polly Pocket toys. Crushed graham crackers for sand. Piping gel for water. TFL!

This was my first attempt at Topsy Turvey cake. I was pretty proud of it. My kitchen was definitely covered in sugar crystals though. I just made it for a party I was attending. Each layer is covered in red, white, blue B/C. Then I put sugar crystals on each layer. Then accented with white icing borders, and plastic stars, sprays.

My son wanted a fish cake for his 4th birthday. I used candy clay for all accents, no fondant was used. My son was so excited. Thanks for looking. This was insired by others on CC.
Pool Party Cake......This was such a fun cake to make. 91/2 x 11 cake pan was chocolate. 2 round 8 inch pans for the pool were rainbow chip. Graham cracker crushed for sand. I actually bought Polly Pocket items to put on top, then I gave my daughter the toys afterwards to play with. The blue topping in the pool is blue gel. Used vanilla icing (because at the time, the buttercream icing was gone). Despite the rain, the kids still had a great time.
This was a fun cake to make. It was for my daughter's 5th birthday and my son's 3rd birthday party. I used 2 cakes for the base (white chip and pumpkin), and the Wilton 3D Cupcake pan for the top.
I used a goody bag cutout for the center of the cake. Buttercream icing. I used HM confetti for other decorations on the cake. Thank you so much Amanda at LoveatFirstBiteCakery for the inspiration and help with this cake.
My son and daughter had a combined birthday party. One dressed up as Minnie and one as Mickey. Check out the Mickey cake.
