Max's Birthday Money Cake
Five layers of Rich Chocolate cake filled with chocolate butter cream (2-8" rounds, 2-9" and 1-6" stacked and carved). Cake was about 16" tall when finished Covered in chocolate ganache and then with homemade fondant. Edible ten dollar bills and gold foil covered chocolate coins.

Cowboy Wedding Cake
Cake we just delivered for a wedding at a ranch in Santa Rosa. 14", 10" and 6" tiers, all over 5" tall. Four layers of Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Filling for top tier, and alternating layers of White Vanilla Bean Cake and Best Chocolate Cake filled with vanilla American Butter Cream for the middle and bottom tiers. All covered in White Chocolate Ganache and homemade Fondant. Handmade sugarpaste horseshoes and scrolls. Real satin ribbon and cake topper purchased by the bride. We did not design this cake. The bride brought us a picture and we are not sure who did the original.

Elegant Wedding Cake
A wedding cake we just finished. 14" round, 12" hexagon, 9" round, and 5.5" square tiers. These tiers were tall, 5" each, with four layers of cake and filling in each. 3 different flavors including dark chocolate, vanilla bean and spice cake. Covered with homemade antique ivory fondant. Hand stenciled and embellished with edible pearls and sugarpaste monogram to match font used on the wedding invitation. Real satin ribbon around base of tiers. Custom made cake topper to look like the bride and groom on their big day. It was amazing and very, very detailed...looked exactly like them!

Frog Birthday Cake
White vanilla bean cake with strawberry filling and iced with butter cream. Cake is "wrapped" in white chocolate clay colored to look like water. handmade sugar paste/fondant decorations. Tag was not quite dry enough to go on the front of the cake for the photo, but will be added before delivery.

Elizabeth's Wedding Cake
A wedding cake we just finished. 13", 10", and 7" (double) tiers. Top tier is fresh banana cake with Vanilla Bean Italian meringue butter cream, middle tier Chocolate Cabernet Wine Cake with Cabernet Blackberry filling and Chocolate IMBC, bottom tier Apricot Almond Cake with layers of apricot preserves topped with chopped toasted almonds and Amaretto IMBC. Frosted in IMBC and covered in dark chocolate fondant. Handmade scrolls and bead trim on hexagon tier are embellished with edible copper luster dust. Decorated with fresh Flame Calla Lilies, Roses, magenta Orchids and green Hydrangea, and clumps of Fresh Cabernet Savignon Wine Grapes.

Floral Birthday Cake
Here is a birthday cake we made a while back. Top 7" tier is a dummy and the bottom tier is 11" four layer cake. The customer wanted a two tiered cake but did not need that many servings, and birthday gal could save the top tier. MM fondant, handmade sugar paste roses, hydrangea, daffodils and little filler flowers. Real ribbon and edible pearls.

Calla Lilies & Roses Wedding Cake
Wedding cake we just finished. 12", 9" and 6" tiers. 12" tier was Extreme Chocolate Cake filled with whipped Chocolate Ganache; 9" and 6" tiers were Vanilla Bean Cake filled with raspberry filling and IMBC then all tiers frosted with IMBC and covered in homemade fondant. Handmade sugar flowers and leaves. Edible pearls and satin ribbon.

Silver And White Wedding Cake
11" and 7" tiers. Extreme Chocolate Cake (bottom) and Tender White Vanilla Bean Cake (top) filled and frosted with Whipped Chocolate Ganache and covered in MM fondant. Sugarpaste roses, edible pearls and satin ribbon. We made the rose cake topper so that it could be removed and saved by the bride.

Modern Bridal Faire Wedding Cake
This is a dummy cake we just made for the Modern Bridal Faire in San Francisco. 12", 9", double 6" (3" high), and 4" tiers covered in fondant. Handmade sugar paste flowers. Inspiration from Jacqueline Butler of Petalsweet. Real ribbon and edible pearls. The last picture is the cake at the Bridal Faire.

Cupcakes For A Cake Tasting
Here are some cupcakes we made for a cake tasting. Fresh Raspberry Cupcakes with raspberry filling and frosted with Chocolate Ganache, whipped Chocolate Ganache, and Vanilla Butter Cream; Chocolate Cupcakes filled with Raspberry filling and same 3 frostings. Decorated with edible silver dragees, edible pearls, fresh raspberries and gumpaste hearts.

Alice In Wonderland 16Th Birthday Cake
Alice in Wonderland 16th Birthday Cake we just did. 12", 9", 6" tiers with 15 layers in all! The hat was 7 layers tall! Almond cake with alternating layers of peach preserves and peach butter cream in between. Gumpaste and MM fondant decorations. Real shortbread cookies piled on top with "eat me" piped on them.

Chicken Love...a Petaluma Wedding Cake
Cake we made and entered into a county fair in the decorated wedding cake category. Petaluma, the city the fair is held in, used to be the egg capital of the world. There are still lots of chickens and chicken ranchers there. We thought this would be such an appropriate and fun cake for this particular fair. This is a dummy cake covered in fondant and decorated with sugar paste flowers and chicken couple.
