10" and 6" square cakes (vanilla w/strawberry filling and cream cheese icing) covered in fondant, with fondant ribbon borders, fondant bow, and curlicues, and color flow dots on the bottom tier. The bride's colors are dark green and silver and her invitation "theme" was circles and squares - I think I captured her "look" well, and she was really happy with the finished product. I made this for my Wilton Course III final. I actually did this at home on my own, as illness kept me from getting to the final class. This was my second time working with fondant, and my first time constructing a tiered cake. I am pretty proud of the result! The roses are fondant, and the border is a buttercream ruffle topped with a shell border. Thanks for looking! :)
