My first ever stacked construction. Three different flavors (Chocolate, vanilla and lemon). Convered in fondant. For an outdoor end-of-summer wedding! Very happy with the result. Everybody seemed to enjoy it and none was left!

This is the first cake I did for a large group. 1st and 3rd tier are chocolate filled with chocolat mousse and the 2nd tier is vanilla filled with vanilla mousse.

For my final lesson we had to do any cake we wanted. I chose to do a basketweave and was very pleased with the results.
This is my first floral cake. I'm quite pleased with how it came out in general but the scroll on the side is not the best. It's all buttercream but i found out it's not a good idea to do drop flowers in that icing. The important thing is that I got to practice my decorating skills!
I made this cake for my son's 3rd birthday. He is a spiderman fan and was very much impressed by the cake (so were my guests!!!!) It took a long time to decorate as my icing was a little too stiff. My hand was sore at the end but I was proud of the final result.
