This gumpast/fondant shoe is my first attempt. I drew a pattern out of computer paper, then cut it out and put it together to test lengths and symetry. Then I cut it out of the sugar dough and made more adjustments. When I was satisfied I dried the sole then with a fine wet paint brush set the sole on the dry heel. I now use the pattern for the sole of other shoes vary the style of the heel and the toe.

Grand daughter's birthday cake with cookies to match. We have the mice in the corner near the pumpkins and the slipper along the road and dancing couple near the door of the castle. I watercolored the cake box which is behind the cake, just to bring it all together. Castle is a cookie iced. Cut outs are from a paper plate.

Wedding Cake Topper
My nephew and his bride to be could not find a topper that suited them so-o-o. We got to together and came up with this topper design. He works as a weight trainer. and she is thin like a straw, and wanted to be .. well curvy. The groom is holding and gripper in his right hand and the hand is resting on the 1000 lb barbell. On the floor in front of the couple is her barbell set.
