Easter Cookie Bouquet
I made this Easter Cookie Bouquet for my family for Easter this year. This is my first attempt at making and decorating cookie bouquets. The cookies are decorated in fondant and royal icing. I first learned how to make the cookies and put them together from the DVD " Cookie Decorating Made Easy" and then found alot of ideas from the book's, "Creative Cookies" by Toba Garrett & "The Flour Pot Cookie Book by Maggie and Abbey Greenberg. I am looking forward to seeing mymany young nieces and nephews reaction to the cookies. I had a great time making these cookies and could not believe how easy it was to do them, so I have decided to make centerpieces for my daugher's baby shower in September.

I made this cake for my daughter's surprise 30th Brithday Party. The cake is pistachio and completely done in Fondant. I also modeled her two favorite dogs out of fondant. My first experience in doing that, can you tell which is a Pomeranian and a King Charles Cavalier Puppy. This cake was my first challenge at making hat boxes. Hope you enjoy looking

Bridal Shower
I made this cake for my daughter who is getting married in the Fall of 2008. The colors scheme of her wedding is Brown, Apple Green, and Fushia, and her gown is Ivory Lace. So I designed the cake around that. The cake is Pistachio, with a Meringue Buttercream. The cake is covered in Ivory Fondant, with Satin Ribbons in her colors. I put mini green orchids in the center and on top. I also did a lace design on the bottom tier to reprecent her lace gown, then added shimmer dust on the whole cake.
