This is a close picture of the flowers on Tropical Love. This was my first attempt at royal icing and some of my flowers broke.
This was my graduation cake for my cake classes. It was a 10in and 6 in pineapple w/ pineapple filling iced in buttercream. The flowers are all made of royal icing exept for the roses, they are fondant. I was going for a tropical theme.
