Cherry-chocolate chip cake with almond buttercream, MMF ribbon roses, and chocolate butterflies for my daughter's birthday tea party. No clue how I'm supposed to go about cutting and serving this, though!
This is my first fair entry. 10", 8", 6", and 4" with fondant lollipops, rock candy, funnel cake, fudge, taffy, pretzels, and circus peanuts. Marshmallow popcorn and buttercream ice cream. The strawberry topping on the funnel cake is piping gel and the "powdered sugar" is cornstarch.
Done in BC...would DEFINITELY do it in fondant next time!
