Buzz Lightyear Cupcake Display
My hubby built me this stand because I'm starting to get more requests for one smaller cake and cupcakes on the side to serve little guests. I think they are cute and cupcakes seem to be just the right amount of cake for the younger crowd. The Rocket I built from gumpaste, but Buzz is a plastic toy provided by the client.

Dan From Bakugan
I had never heard of this character Dan from Bakugan kids cartoon, but this is what a little birthday boy wanted. It's a simple buttercream sheet cake with a fondant cutout of Dan which I handpainted. I guess it looked enough like the Character because all the lil boys cheered his name as soon as they saw the cake, lol.

Tattoo Inspired Skull Cake
This was for a little girls 10th birthday. Her dad is a tattoo artist and she brought me a picture of a 1930's tattoo drawing from artist Clive Owens. This is what I came up with. The BD girl only likes non dairy whipped topping, not my first choice to do a stacked cake with but I managed.

Stacked Presents 50Th Anniversary
This is my first time to post a cake here on CakeCentral. I started decorating cakes about two years ago and like so many of you it's become a passion for me. I thought it was time to post one of my cakes to take part in the to sharing. This was a cake for a 50th Anniversary celebration. This was a December affair, so the client requested a stacked present theme with poinsettia's and roses.
