For my Roasted Turkey Cake I made a Eggnog Cake to represent the white meat of the turkey and Spice Cake for the drumstick, to represent the dark meat. The wings were make with ice cream cones. The dressing was the cake scraps. The leaves and cranberries were made of fondant.
I wanted to do something different for baby shower cakes so I created these cakes. One is a yellow cake with strawberry filing and the other is a white cake with lemon filing both with buttercream frosting.
