For my nephew's 10th Birthday. Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, buttercream icing. The basketball is cake covered in fondant and the jersey is also made out of fondant. TFL!
For my daughter's 6th birthday. Bottom is chocolate stout cake with chocolate mousse filling and the top is coconut cake with vanilla mousse. Buttercream icing with fondant decorations. I had a lot of trouble smoothing the icing, but my daughter loved it and I guess that all that matters. TFL!

This is the second time I covered a cake with fondant, I think I did okay. I found that the petal shape is a bit more challenging than the round. TFL!
