This is a baby shower cake I did for my niece. Everything is edible except for the plastic baby. I enjoyed making all the fondant butterflies. I was a little dissapointed with my basketweave on the square cake, it was my first time doing it on a square shaped cake, I just lost the flow of my pattern and some how I goofed a little on my rope border, I think because I was rushing in the end but over all I was very happy and my niece absolutely loved it!
This is a baby shower cake for a little girl. The bottom tier is yellow cake frosted in almond buttercream and the top tier is chocolate frosted in coconut flavored buttercream. I did all fondant accents. I had a lot of fun doing this cake!
8" round yellow basketweave with royal icing flowers. This is a yellow cake with almond flavored frosting and filling. I made this for a 75th Birthday party.
