Nates Birthday Cake
Pillow cake for our state fair. I won Decorator's Choice.
Pirate ship cake. Walk the plank matey. there is a treasure chest on the other side. Had fun making this one and a lot of help :-)
Blue, brown, white and yellow fondant. animal print with giraffes
Stump cake with archery target, mushrooms, leaves
Leopard and zebra strip with heels and roses
3 tier halloween birthday cake, all decor mad from fondant
fondant covered cake with gumpaste flowers, bow and crown. Not the best angle.
hexagon cake covered in fondant with real roses in between tiers
there were actually 5 tiers, (don't have a final photo here), top tier was the only real tier, chocolate butterfinger. all gumpaste callas, gerbs and hydrangias
This is a cake I did for trade for photos. The bride wanted figures that looked like them. It went from originally "Something small, I don't care, just maybe 2 tiers" to this.
MMF, Brushed Embroidery, Gunpaste callas and roses. Cake flavors: chocolate, yellow, red velvet all filled and covered in cream cheese and the MMF.
The best comment I got on this was, (as I was standing there eaves dropping) A little boy came around the end of the table and said to his mom, "Mom, I want that cake for my birthday". He was about 6.
Second Topsy Turvy cake. Was way nervous on this one. Bride loved it! As i was leaving I was in the driveway talking with the mother (a friend of mine) and the bride got home, went into the house and came running out screaming, "I LOVE IT" Thank Heavens
