How do you forget to take your cake to cake class?!?! Well, I did! I had to do it all on my practice board then come home and apply what I learned. I was happy with how it turned out. That red is brutal!
I was a bit disappointed in the colors, but since we only had an hour to ecorate... I had to just move on. I used someone else's icing for the green and it was too thin :-( But, overall, I'm happy with how it turned out. I have faith that I can make a "decent" cake!
