Michele's Cake
This cake was made for a friend of mine, that is in a show, that has a bar scene. The song she sings is Everything's Coming Up Roses, which is why I put the bouquet of roses on the bar. The Bar is rice krispies, and so is the stool. The rest is either solid fondant or fondant over styrofoam. The cake is dark chocolate fudge with vanilla fondant!

Ariel Birthday Cake
Little bio about me- I have really had no formal training on cake decorating besides a Wilton Course 1 Class. I just love to experiment and I watch a LOT of Ace of Cakes!!! Ariel is sculpted out of fondant, with buttercream hair, fondant sculpted Sebastian and Flounder. Fondant shells pressed in a chocolate mold and dusting with pink and blue shimmer dust. Fondant pearls dusted in pink. Sky Blue Buttercream icing on French Vanilla cake.

My Dog Coco Chanel
This was my WOW ME CAKE, from my Course One decorating Class, made at the end of the 3 weeks. I had a lot of inspiration from Ace of Cakes and just took a risk to sculpt my dog, which I had never done before!!!! It is all out of almond buttercream icing, but I do have to say I cheated a little bit by using fondant for the ears, even though I don't know how to use it, and haven't taken a fondant class yet!
