My husband is a Sheriff Deputy. I recreated his badge for his grooms cake. There was some frosting sliding on the front of the cake during transport, but once the lights were dimmed, no one could tell. :)
They came out more like green smiley faces, but my nephew is 1 and didn't seem to mind.

This is for my mom's birthday. I had each member of the family come up with one word to describe mom and put it on the side next to the name of the person who said it. Catelyn is a baby....hence her contribution of "Wahhhh!" :)
This was for my MIL. She insisted she didn't want a cake at all, but seemed pleased with this one. I just wanted something elegant for her.
This was for an old British friend who's birthday was held at the dog track. He really got a kick out of it.
