Micky Mouse Cookies
These were made from NFSC recipe from this site which I love using. The icing is royal icing and it was my first time using the egg white recipe, I usually use meringue. I think I will always use the egg white recipe because the icing has a much better shine and it goes on the cookie better.

Cake With Flower Pot And Fence
I got this idea from one of the wilton book's. I didn't need as much cake so I made it a little different than Wilton's. This is a 8 inch cake covered in fondant. I also used the large muffin pan for the flower pot and I used a daisy cutter for the gumpaste daisy's. picket frnce is made from fondant.

Cake Pops
These cake pops were made from using duncan hines chocolate cake (I used the new small box especially for cake pops) and (1/2cup icing} duncan hines cream cheese frosting. I used a tablespoon measure to roll out the cake balls. I put them onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and let them firm up for a good 3 hours. I also added the cookie sticks at the same time with a little bit of melted chocolate. This worked great because the cookie sticks did not move when i shook off the excess chocolate. I used the small oreos (one took apart) for the ears and I also added them to the cake balls with a little melted chocolate after rolling them into balls. It's VERY IMPORTANT to let the cake balls firm up so they will hold the chocolate better when you dip them. After they chilled I dipped the whole cake ball into melted dark chocolate which I had added black food coloring, I used 2 bottles of the black candy color and one bag of wilton's dark candy melts. After dipping them into the black chocolate I put them back in the fridge to firm up a little more then took them back out and dipped them into the red. If you want to reverse them and have the sticks on the bottom you could do that. I just found it easier for me to do them this way. I also used fondant for the bow that I cut out in strips and used tip no.12 (round) to cut out the white and yellow dot's. I have been trying for the past day to load a pic tutorial but every time I try it wont load to this site. I have 2 pics so far and will keep trying to load the rest. Thank-you for looking and these cake pops were so much fun. Oh and the second pic is out of place it should be the third pic.
