I call this "wake up call" because it is a mocha cake with chocolate ganache piped in the middle and drizzled on top, with mocha frosting. Instead of an espresso bean on top, I used a royal icing flower because it was for a birthday.

My take on banana pudding. Inspired by crgsnbrown's banana cupcakes. I'm not a banana fan, but hers looked so good I just had to try them. Waffer in bottom of cup, slice of banana on top of waffer, filled w/banana pudding after baked, topped w/cream cheese frosting and mini waffer.
Made for a local music stores recital. Italian buttercream icing. Keys are white chocolate and semisweet chocolate, cut individually.
