Glam 40Th Birthday
Classic black and white stripes with gold polka dots are a great base for a wafer paper bouquet with fantasy flowers.

Frog Prince Baby Shower
I know people think the baby bum cakes are kinda of weird. But I have done 5 or 6 of them and I love that you can personalize for themes. The little frog was modeled after one I had seen online after searching for the perfect inspiration. I had looked at so many and then saw THIS one....my search was over. I loved how simple he was and how stinking cute he is. So...thank you to whoever came up with this little guy!
Petite Baptism Cake
HUGE flower technique (I'm sorry I can't remember who started this style) with some gold spatter.
Sunshine & Rainbows

Baby Bee Baby Shower

TNMT...a collaboration of a couple of different designs I found. Almost entirely done with modeling chocolate, with the exception of the topper (fondant), cheese (frozen gumpaste+box grater+cornstarch&powder coloring) & ooze (piping gel, corn syrup, white and electric green coloring). Super FUN cake to make!

Gorgeous Rustic Wedding Cake
The flowers on this cake, from Green Thumb in Wooster, OH, were DIVINE! The cake was pretty on it's own with two different simple textures. But the flowers left me breathless!
Baseball 1St Birthday Cake
This was inspired by a cake pic that mom gave me....I do not know the original artist. Had never done a mad hatter style cake for a customer. I did the carve-out method, which took me waaaay more time than I anticipated. Was happy with end result, as was the customer!
Ballerina 1St Birthday Cake
Mom gave me a pic for inspiration (I don't know original designer) and I was SO nervous because I had no idea how to do the ruffles. Tutorials weren't much of a help, so I figured it out on my own with a donut cutter and some egg cartons. Of course, I didn't make enough ruffles and had to improvise on the back. I had a 3" gap up the whole bottom tier, so I filled it in by creating a lace-up corset look. I forgot to get a pic of that and it was my favorite part of the whole thing!
Farm Themed 1St Birthday Cake
Fondant, modeling chocolate, some hand painting....little bit of everything.
Mickey 1St Birthday
I only hoped to successfully skirt around the copyright issue....not sure if this would qualify as infringement, but I like how it turned out despite no ears.
