This is my first chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling, Ganache icing with toostie roll roses, this cake was a challenge but loved the out come.
My granddaugther is keeping the tradition of our annual Christmas cookies, Oh she is 2 yrs old I think she has a furture in decorating.
